cnnsi.com says our Albert Means/ Logan Young incident was the #7 most embarrassing moment in college sports history.
Are you kidding? It was a scandal not embarrassing.
Logan Young was a Booster not even an Alum.
How many F-ups has The barn and Tutorsee had with Faculty and Alum's?
This was bad But #7 of all time? C'mon.l

When I read the topic, I thought you were going to say it was CMS falling out of his chair....now that is embarrassing!

Lots of people share in that embarassment. Some deceased ex-boosters, mediocre ex-players, ex-recruiting analysts, ex-head coaches in the SEC, current head coaches in the SEC, ex-high school coaches, a lot of mediocre lawyers, and the ever-lovin' NCAA.

It is what it is.

I thought the Auburn game of '05 would be up there with one of the most embarrassing moments. I know I was certainly embarrassed.
Exactly...

Being patronized by Auburn fans at the game was the most nauseating thing (Bama football related) I've been through.

Darn Skippy.

I was embarrassed by the fact that certain players flat out QUIT, and against the damn BARN.

Ugh.

Where was George Teague taking the ball from Lamar Thomas on the list? To me the self proclaimed "fastest man in college football" should have retired after that play forever.

Lamar Thomas was on cold pizza earlier this week.
He was telling everyone about his choices of favorite WR in the league.
He was also talking to recruits out and about and wouldnt shut up about how HE would run across the middle and take the hit, and that is what recruits need to do. He might be able to take the hit but sure cant stand being put in an arm bar and having the ball stripped :BigA:

The Mike Price deal was incredibly embarrassing for me. The entire 2000 season was an embarrassment, the way the coaches sniped back and forth in the media was nauseating. But I don't think we've ever had a moment as embarrassing as Pat Dye telling Ramsey to "keep it down home, cuz."
