Maybe but there was thought that Odom could possibly slide back to the TE position given the losses we have due to graduation.

Just heading off panic here. Most expect we will have 10-15 guys portal out. I would say thats likley with most programs honestly (been about the same for us in the past)

Odom is not a shock fwiw, just didn't seem to be a good fit and I'd say the same for mcvay who had been falling down the depth chart this year.

And when all you have are 4 and 5 star guys, you have a lot of former 4 and 5 star guys leaving early. And fortunately, the portal swings both ways for us in this window.

Only a few names leaving would be cause for concern.

read somewhere...maybe here...we need 40 or so to transfer or leave for NFL...to get to the roster number...so better now...why not stay for the bowl and showcase your skills...but hey, I am not a 5 star 18 yo kid..

3 Receivers gone (so far), good thing we have a lot of them on the roster and more coming.

Law wasn't a good fit. I wish him well. I hope he does well. I'm a big fan of him.
