Wiltfong put in a cb to bama immediately. So it's just a waiting game now..

College football is currently letting the Jacobins burn everything down and guillotine everyone out of spite. They are destroying the sport entirely. I have no idea who will be on our roster anymore form year to year. So I pretty much don’t care about any of these greedy mercenaries anymore. Hope they enjoy their ~5 years of money before they crash and burn for life. They won’t even have a college association to fall back on for shoe-in jobs like sports casting because they move every year. And I don’t care.
We make fun of Texas for that because we dominated the game start to finish. It had little to do with Colt playing or not. It’s also fun to tease them. But to be perfectly honest losing your starting QB in a championship game is a pretty big deal. If we lost AJ any time from 2011-2013 we’d have been up a creek.
Against UGA, we beat them pretty good a few weeks before and were beating them for most of the second game, but had lost literally ever single starting WR on the roster midway through the game. The situations aren’t that comparable.
There’s going to be programs that poach players who have shown glimpses of potential.

I was ecstatic over his commitment to us and thought he'd be a star. It's a real shame we didn't get the ball in his hands more. This is what happens when you don't have a QB that can distribute the ball to more than a couple of guys.

I can definitely see him being an issue if Lane gets his QBs playing well. I don’t doubt that Lane will have his QBs playing well.
This one might come back to bite us. That big of a receiver has always given us absolute fits and you know Lane will make sure he gets used.
With the portal available, good QB's will line up to play for him. I know he likes to run the ball a lot too, but if you a QB in his system you'll get to toss the rock a lot. And if he keeps stockpiling WR talent, that QB will feast.
Thankfully, his Achilles heal is his DC.
Disagree. Odom wasn't asked to leave, but He had some maturity problem off the field. Not always consistent. So I don't think he'll be a big threat at Ole Miss. If he can't do things right at Alabama, what makes anyone think He will do right at Ole Miss under Kiffin, whos known to be less serious?
Give a kid something to do he's interested in (in this case put the ball in his hands and let him make plays) and maybe he won't have time for immature, off the field, stuff???

Being first out of the playoff really sucks even more because it means you have one of the most talented rosters that can be picked over earliest in the portal. I'll be very interested to see what happens when some other big name programs fall out of the playoff.
