I find it funny in a sad way that US internet peeps will know what will be going down before the ESPN BCS show comes on at 7:15...:)

Strictly hearsay but my friend just texted me and he has a friend who claims to be connected to the University and he said that they have been notified that they are in. (UA)

Take it for what its worth(not much at this point I know).

The claim the team has been told is getting debunked from a couple of directions.

Don't know if it has been posted yet but Rodney Orr of TiderInsider is reporting that we're in!

Until I see it official tonite I will not get to excited. On the other hand I am seeing reports that IF UA goes to the Sugar Bowl the match up would be against Stanford. That would be a great matchup and fun game IMO.

A friend of a friend who "claims" to somehow be connected to the University. Glad to hear that we are officially in cause all we have up to this point has been rumors. :D

I know I know that's why I posted it as hearsay I just know we are all hanging on for anything ATM!

There are four remaining polls to be released. Your highest and your lowest scores get tossed. Now that we can see that Alabama has second place in at least two computer polls, it looks like the hill for Oklahoma St got a little steeper.

PLEASE, if you see another one of the polls released, post...I am taking the kids to see Santa today, so I'll only have my phone to check things on. Also, if someone would post the Human Polls in here when they are released too that would be amazing!

Sources tell me tonight that it's official: LSU and Alabama will meet again in New Orleans in the BCS title game. ~ Jerry Palm CBS Sports

I didn't see this anywhere. Sounds VERY promising.
