I have some really good football fans on another local site and they are under the thought process of, if Geogia plays LSU and beats them in the SECCG, they would then get an Automatic bid to play in the BCSChampionship Game, I tried to explain to them Georgia is too far down in the standing and would get an automatic bid to the Sugar bowl.

Some of them have even stated that a teams from say the Sunbelt and Conference -USA could end the year at both 12-0 and then they could play for the BCSNCG, as like Houston should do this year, I have tried again to help but they don't want to hear what I have to say.

I showed how there are BCS Bowls Sugar/Rose/Orange/Cotton/Fiesta and then there is the BCSCG. Am I the one that has it all wrong? Anyone can help me?

They don't understand, cause they ain't ever been there. You are right. The teams ranked 1 and 2 play in the BCSCG. If you win the SEC and are not 1 or 2, you get the Sugar Bowl.

Nope. You're not out to lunch - you have it right. They're uninformed, don't follow college ball, are talking out of their rears, are too foolish to realize it, and too lazy to learn. I wouldn't waste too much more effort trying to educate them.
