Common sense would be to put Miami and ND in. The playoff setup is not common sense.

I thought this helps ND.

I think the ideal for ND would have been a close game. If they put ND and Miami next to each other they allegedly will take head to head into account.

It's possible if we lose they move us in-between Miami and Notre Dame though and then Notre Dame is maybe safe
