Guys,
As the clock ran down yesterday CBS showed Blake Sims making a bee-line for the dressing room, running into the tunnel when most of the team was heading to mid-field for handshakes. Have been looking for any info on what may be going on.....
Mad that he did not get in earlier?
Frustrated that play calling was limited?
Stomach bug?

Any word that you have heard?

:biga2:

I noticed this as well, it did seem a little odd, but only he knows for sure.

I just think that the game was over and he had no reason to linger. I saw nothing in his body language before to suggest that he was mad or frustrated. He looked like his typical enthusiastic self.

Well he got a bit frustrated at the staff not giving him a play before getting in the victory formation. He was motioning at them for a play.

Man I hope he earns the spot the next year. Sims is really a Bama man. The kid came from my old neck of the woods, Gainesville, Ga. It is amazing that he was such a star there and came here content to be a high-string RB and then backup QB and hasn't left to go to some JUCO or Ga Southern. I hope his persistence pays off. He really is a great young man and his family is top notch.

I hope the guy that can best lead the team next year wins the job.

I think he is fine, good kid!

I wouldn't make to much of it. I think he appreciates the opportunity to play. He is a huge part of this team especially in prep for games.

Yeah it's pretty normal for some players to go straight to the locker room. I've been to a couple of games this year and we sit close to the Bama locker room entrance. There's always a few players that just go straight there. Some of UT's players did it too.
