Let me tell y'all something that is funny. My brother and I are big Tide fans, of course. I was born in 1964, one of the Tide's championship years. However, my brother was born in 1957, the only year when the barn won the championship. And yes, I have told him about it a time or two. :wink:

Thanks for all the response. I must agree also, that 66 does count. As to the blame of "counting" 12, Alabama was voted #1 an amazing 38 times by various associations. The blasted viles, only twice!
