Brad Nessler coments on CNS

How does a tv announcer find it relative to talk about a football coaches salary during a basketball game. Nessler went out of his way to mention CNS made 600,000 per win this year. He didn't even lead up to the statement. It just came out of no where during the game. It was a planned statement because the other idiot had his line ready. I watched the game with some hog fans and they thought it was out of line and off topic.

Couldn't agree with you more. Brad Nessler has very quickly become one of my least favorite commentators. Please tell me what Nick Saban has to do with Bama vs. Georgetown in BASKETBALL? NOTHING, moron. You're right, they discussed that beforehand, Jimmy had a response ready. Also said something like "waste of money" or something to that effect. Either way, it was just an opportunity for some no-name commentator to throw in his 2 cents worth about a sport he doesn't even cover. I don't think he knows a helluva lot about the sport he does cover. Nessler doesn't add much to the telecast, never has.

The waste of money quote is what peed me off. It just wasn't called for and IMO effects the way BAMA is seen to a national audience. I want to cuss but will digress.
