....than playing Bear on the stock exchange.

I filled my truck's tank at $2.19 per gallon and the next day the price dipped to $2.14, then $2.07. I woke up this week to $1.99 gas, then spotted a station where it was selling for $1.98.

Tell you what: I'm going to nurse my quarter tankful and run on fumes until the price hits rock bottom. I'm betting that bottom to be $1.75. Any takers???

I think that it may have bottomed out already for awhile.

Tip for tourists in Birmingham. Fill up at a station in the suburbs. Price goes up the closer you get to the center of town.

that tip works for every City

Closer in you get the more expensive the land becomes, the more expensive the gas becomes.

Here's one that will put a smile on your face. 5 cents per gallon in Baghdad..
Compliments of $200 billion in aid from the US. God I'm glad to help out the less fortunate with my tax dollars...especially non-Americans.

We "freed" Iraq from a dictator only to strap (continue to strap) the American taxpayers with a $9 trillion dollar gorilla known as the national debt.

Where's Lee Greenwood when I need him to be singing in the background?

I ready to take the bet. The cheapest gasoline I have seen in my area of the Florida Panhandle is $2.07 which lasted about three days before it went up to $2.13, about the average. Also still seeing wrapped pump handles with no gas or no regular gas available
