Can one of yall point to help with handicapped assistance at stadium?

I had surgery on my back last week. My son and I have had these tickets since September (normal tickets in upper deck Bama side). i have to use a walker but have been cleared to go to game.
1- who do i contact about handicapped access at stadium?
2- is it possible to swap regular tickets for handicapped tickets?
3- is there handicapped parking available?
4- any other suggestions?
