Anybody know why the Alabama Attorney General or some other prosecutor at the state or federal level does not take an active interest in this case. With the new revelations from Gallion this looks at least like some sort of interstate conspiracy case. Heck, the Gallion case is just a civil case it could go away with 1 check. If the feds could squeeze a federal indictment out of some bogus cross border gambling receipits, this fulmer-culpepper-lang-schledgwick thing has got to add up to something.
