I know it is still very, very early, but CBS has us picked to meet Texas A&M in the Independence Bowl.

On a normal year it would be sweet but this year is not normal by any stretch of the imagination. In any event I would love to see this team get a shot at Fraud and TAM.

TAMU is arguably the 3rd best team in the Big 12.

They'll be in the Alamo, Cotton, or Holiday bowl.

It is true, that they are 6-1 and arguably the 3rd best team in the Big XII right now, but they have Oklahoma (L), Texas (L) and Texas Tech (toss up) on the horizon. They didn't look that good yesterday and I can see them finishing the season with 3 straight losses taking them to 7-4 and an Independence Bowl birth...

Just a thought.

Oh how I would love to see us take TA&M down!!

I wouldn't want to see it with the way injuries are dragging us down.

I would really rather play them another year. A year when we have our key players uninjured and we have better depth. Because when (If) we get the chance I want to give them a first class beating! :cool2:
