it was pretty funny listening to herbie riff on the guy. on his 2nd 55 yd fg (his 3rd of 50+ on the night), it barely made it over the cross bar and herbie said something like "man, if he'd hadn't had on his daisy dukes he may not have had enough leg to make that kick"

I do a lot of cycling, and knee warmers definitely slow you down a touch. It's not much, but it's noticeable. I imagine it's the same for kickers, but they should all be wearing essentially the same gear so there's no uniform based advantage. With that said, there's a line where a guy should not cross on shorts length, and he's way past that line. Eeewww.
