Is anybody else worn out with Cignetti?
I liked him until I got to know him.

Now I know he's a loud-mouthed French-shower-bag that may well be a decent coach but runs his mouth waaaaaaay too much for my taste.

Thought I was gonna be a fan but was happy to see him beaten tonight. Even by ND.

Wait a minute....I didn't bother to watch this and just checked the break down on ESPN......this was 27-3 until 1:27 left on the clock in the 4th quarter??????????

Come on....this wasn't a game.

But Indiana belonged because they went 11-1.....they deserved to be there, right.

My goodness college football is a joke.

I hope Georgia beats the brakes off Notre Dame....but without Beck, I doubt they will.

Go Bucks.....I hate Tennessee!!!!!!

Sad (maybe happy) to say I wasn't aware there was a playoff game last night. That shouldn't happen. WTH is going on with college football? I thought all the play-in games were today.

I don't recall ever seeing last nights game advertised. They better get crackin, college football isn't exactly selling itself right now.

Pretty much a snoozer in South Bend last night. I finally realized that the expansion to a 12 team CFP was done to accommodate Notre Dame. Not being in a conference guarantees them a playoff spot every year provided they finish no worse than 9-3. I hope UGA curb stomps them, but without Beck I don't know. Indiana was probably the 4th best team in the B1G 18 which validates how bad they were when playing outside the conference or against walkovers.

The final score was 27 - 3. At that point, with 3 minutes left and up by 4 scores, ND began thinking about their next opponent because they had one. Indiana didn't quit - good for them - but anyone who watched the game knows the truth. Indiana was dominated in that game much like Cincy was dominated by Alabama in 2020.

I was surprised by the score when I got up this morning. I turned it off after ND scored the last td. It was over. IU was steamrolled. I guess the cfb fanbase can't get enough of undeserving teams getting embarrassed. Yet I always hear from non bama fans that when we play teams like wku and mercer that it's no good because we just blow them out.
Honestly I feel like this first round is just a waste. I'll be surprised if any of the games are competitive. Then we have to watch bsu get handed a pass. I can't wait to watch them get drug from one end of the field to the other.

ND defense is decent. Their running game also eviscerated the vaunted Indiana rush defense that only gives up 70 yds per game (to nondescript teams). ND had nearly 200 (with 98 of them coming on 1 play) so the key was the ND defense making Indiana's QB scramble.

ND may give UGA a hard time with Beck not playing but I expect UGA to dominate.
