This is Kiffy-poo being Kiffy-poo. In his mind, this makes him look like the best coach in America who everyone is fighting over, and he thinks that will help him with recruiting and salary. In my mind, it is typical BS of the day that gets overreported and dramatized. Yawn!
Lane Kiffin has the moral compass of a shyster. He has a team in the middle of a NC playoff run with players capable of winning a title. He's already making generational wealth. How many mansions and islands can he buy and live in? Loyalty is not anywhere in this guys wheelhouse and abandoning those players in the middle of the best times of their lives will prove what a dirtbag he is.
This is awful and it has to stop. Alot of it is on Kiffin, this will not be the first time he abandoned a team in the middle of a playoff run.

The SEC can and must create rules to prevent poaching the coach in November of a team that has earned for itself a playoff spot. These coaches will always be in the most demand and they will still be in demand come January. Nutcase programs that fire their coach in October must be stopped from destroying a success-in-progress, because in the slimeball scumbag degenerate world we live in, coaches and ADs and agents are not going to do it themselves.

I applaud Lane for getting sober and taking steps to improve his relationship with his family. I actually believe he has trouble deciding what to do. I just think he could’ve handled the things differently.

If Lane leaves, should ole miss still be allowed in the playoff? FSU couldn’t get in at 13-0 while missing a QB. How can you let in a team that doesn’t have their coach?

Good way to put Miami in the playoffs, which, all the talking heads seem to want.
BTW, if Miami makes it , a full 25% of the playoffs are Saban tree coaches running a similiar program at their schools.

I wouldn't allow it if I am the ole miss AD. I wouldn't even care if it cost me a playoff spot. If he doesn't want to be there going forward, why allow him to stay? and why would lsu want it? I hear he is taking every single offensive coach with him. Again, why let him stay?

The rumor circulating concerning Kiffin is that Ole Miss is adamant about not letting him coach in the Playoffs. Kiffin is now threatening to take the entire offensive staff with to Baton Rouge when he leaves.

I’d want ten LSU scholarships for two years added to my sideline.

Kiffins going to poach the roster regardless. Anyone thinking otherwise is very naive. If im Ole Miss, Im escorting him out of the building and not even discussing him coaching the playoffs. Unless the next words out of his mouth is he's staying, he'd be asked to leave the building or he'd be forced to leave.
You can bet some Ole Miss players will end up at LSU too. The AD would be crazy to let Kiffin keep coaching this team.
