I'm not terribly upset with Sheridan leaving. He's a good assistant, but has not performed well as an OC. He was overpaid for what he was doing at the moment at Alabama, so it sorts that out.

I think it's an opportunity to try to make some adjustments to try to balance the offense a little more, and it opens up 1.5 million on the staff, so there's room to upgrade the staff now.
