Once you get there and get rolled in and they get that anesthesia going......you won't care about anything for while.

They cut a polyp out of me, sent it off for testing, called later and said come back in 10 years. You don't feel anything with that after either.

You should be home by 2 if the doctor isn't running late. Unless you stop and eat on the way home. You are about to do the hardest part. The rest is easy.

I just mean leading up to it. When I had surgery on my hand, my heart was raving and my BP spiked. They had to give me something to calm me down first. Versed.

What I didn't say is the prostate exam was in an alley behind a Kroger which was weird. He said he was a doctor and that he loved me when it was over which was even weirder. Now I am starting to wonder about this whole colonoscopy thing.

If they had just scheduled the thing sooner, I wouldn't have had 3 months of waiting for it to happen. I think everyone is sick of me talking about it. One more week and it will be over.
