Here's team/morale building for you. When the CEO (owner's son in law) came into town to announce they were closing our local office. He let us know that we would be expected to train the new staff who would be replacing us at the newly located office. In his little "speech" where he was discussing the exit strategy I never heard him mention a severance package. So, being the only one who had the guts to raise their hand and ask, I did. He said "There will not be a severance package." After he said that there were sounds of "grumbling" in the audience. His response was "Life isn't fair sometimes." How's that for incentive to train the new people?
I would have stayed and given the trainees incorrect information on how to do the job.

It looks like they re-purposed Roger Waters' stage. It's also hard to believe someone though this was a good idea. This is embarrassingly bad.
Right now, I could name names as to people who would promote doing something like that and would be up front dancing and singing and encouraging others to do so as well. That is truly sad!
