Cottage Cheese Pancakes

4 Eggs
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 8 ounce Carton Sour Cream
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour or Wholewheat Flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs in a small bowl. Add cottage cheese and sour cream, mixing well.
Stir in remaining ingredients and beat until thick.
In a lightly oiled frypan or griddle, drop by tablespoonfuls cooking like regular pancakes and cooking several at a time.
Serve with butter and syrup.

I don't know what to compare them to. However, they are very tasty, light and melt in your mouth. They are inexpensive to try. Give them a shot and see if you can describe their taste. Your feedback would be appreciated.

I tried these this morning using cream cheese, not cottage cheese, and they were pretty good. I used plain flour.

You will need to add just a wee bit of milk if using cream cheese and the cream cheese needs to be softened to room temperature.
