Its good that the young unproven players played good. Because we already know Gee, Steele, and Hollinger are going to be good for us this year and then throw in the young players...We might be better than I thought we would be. All depends on Steele though i think.

I hope Torrance scoring 27 is a sign of his hard work in the offseason and not a sign of a lack of defense.

Torrance has shown, at times, an ability to get to the hole and finish, but never the ability to put up 20+. But, players do improve with experience and hopefully that is the case.

I don't want to get too excited, but I have always thought Torrance seems like one of our more versatile players. He can shoot and create his own shot. Hopefully, as a junior he will put it all together.

Also, I hardly recognized Gee without his cornrows.
