Hanks directly credits CNS for going to bat for him with the appeal. Complicated I suppose about changes in the rule, SEC vs. Non0conference games, blah, blah, blah.

Either way, great news for us and this young man. By my count we have 8 seniors on this team (Earle or someone correct me if that's wrong). I know we will lose some underclassmen to the draft (assuming there is an NFL season next year) but that's a very interesting number, I would think, for the sitting national champion and preseason #1.

It will be interesting to see how many juniors go pro. Could be some kind of record.
No kidding. In retrospect, that '08 class will probably be one of, if not THE best class ever at Alabama.

And congrats to Darius. Was this a surprise? I didn't even realize his appeal was in the works.

I'm liking this. DH can be as big a force as Maze this year. You know Julio's gonna get doubled constantly. Congrats on another year of eligibility. RTR

There are 15 Seniors on the 104 man roster which does not count Hanks and with Star removed thus 104 man roster! :BigA::BigA::BigA:
