Do You Have Problems With People That Like To Slap Heads

I have a couple friends that think it is funny to randomly slap people in the back of the head. There is also one girl that does it when she is drunk. I've punched a couple of them very hard in retaliation. Normally I would think this would give them the message to don't ever do it again, even in a very joking manner. However, every couple weeks, yet another moron will randomly do it. Sometiimes it isnt such a light smack either.

So do any of you encounter people like this? How do you handle it? How do you handle it when a chick does it? It seems like they really get a kick out of it with my bald head. However, like I said, I have thrown a few very hard punches that I would think would dissuade non-morons to stop doint it. yet it doesnt work with these clowns.

Happened to me my junior in high school by a football player. Hurt pretty bad. Some of my friends and I would do it but not to the extent the football players would.

Once in a while is ok, but constantly doing it is not cool. It's like a decent joke... Once is enough. It runs its course without your help.

I don't have issues with people that "head slap" but used to work with some guys that thought it was funny to walk by you and used the back of their hand to hit you in the junk, resulting in you folding over like a lawn chair. BTW, I'm not talking about "when I was college" but at a place I recently worked.

I worked with a guy who thought it was funny to walk into your office then let a really nasty gaseous emission in your office, then leave...snickering.

I got him back eventually. I turned the light out on him while he was sitting on the throne. He never did figure out who did it.

At age 50, I can honestly say I don't get head slapped.

With the chick doing it, though, maybe she's flirting. Proceed and let us know the outcome. :wink:

maybe they don't have the same definition of "hard punch" that you do.

seriously though. i've never had much of a problem with random physical contact like head slaps, butt slaps etc. other than from my wife and my brother.

my wife can do whatever she wants and my brother has about 40-45 lbs on me and is highly trained in the ways of hurting people, so he gets a pass

Maybe some of them slap heads because that's what they see on the TV show NCIS (the original one). Not funny to me!

i have pondered this myself. i talk as much smack as anyone else but i dont go randomly slapping people (even my friends) on the back of the head. for some reason this has become socially acceptable for them to do.
