"Right now I'd say the chances are high that I'll commit to Alabama," Davis says. "I've thought about doing it real soon. But I might wait. Scout.com asked me to commit on TV at the All-American game [next January]. I really don't know when I'll do it yet."
"I am going to Iowa this weekend for a visit, and I am going to Alabama for a visit. My coach is working the camp at Alabama June 10. I won't be participating. I am just going to check out the campus and visit with the coaches."

Work to the weight? Crap, if he can run a legit 4.75 40, keep him at his current weight, try to boost his strength and quickness, and you've got the defensive end from hell.runtheoption22 said:well, he really appeared out of nowhere. I really had not heard is name mentioned before. I would suspect he'd be a three star. He must've impressed the staff for him to get an offer as quickly as he did after film and practice viewing. I like his numbers now, 6'4", 275.....that way he can hopefully keep some speed and work up to the lbs. the staff wants him at.

Crimson Surfer said:According to a thread on another site he has been asked by Scout.com to hold off and make his announcent at the U.S. Army All-American game in January,2007. If that is the case then he will be very highly rated when the rankings come out. I don't know if that rumor is true or not.

crimsoncolored said:IMO, It's early to start worrying about losing recruits, he may be one of those young men that changes his mind quite often. If he comes down to T-town for a visit, he'll change his mind again. Nebraska probably just pressured him before he comes down here, because they know he'll be a strong lean then.
