from the ajc.

Defensive lineman Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins was cited for speeding by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Monday morning. He was going 90 miles per hour in a 70 mph zone along I-85. Ingram-Dawkins was then arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in a case in Athens. The Athens-Clarke County arrest records show the warrant was for a citation for a handicap parking violation.
Just like Kirby said, they are owning it.

I just think this constant crap messes with a team mentally. Florida had almost the entire team back in 2009 and they were not the same team as 08. @Bazza probably could give more detail on that than I could. You can scream at me until your blue in the face about the 8 million 5 stars they have and their easy schedule but I have seen this pattern before and if I am right it doesn’t bode well for Georgia in 2023.

my guess would be yes, he is continuing to scoff
What if the cleaner just takes care of it and Kirby is insulated from a lot of the information about all the issues? I’m not making him out to be innocent by any means, but I could definitely see a meeting between there two where Kirby says, “handle these, the less I know the better.”

Otherwise he is just beginning to look more and more not in control of his program. Very un-Saban like.

Well Kirby might want to have “performance review” with Gant. Carter was driving on suspended license for failure to attend traffic school for a previous moving violation and this player had a warrant for failure to pay a ticket for parking in a handicap zone. With the frequency of this stuff, Kirby may need to hire a “A Gant Gopher” to handle the overflow.

Here’s my perspective: what would make Carter or this kid (Ingram-Dawkins) NOT take care of rather minor issues (driving school and parking violation) ? Pretty simple in my mind. A culture of entitlement and being “Teflon”. The “program” will take care of these issues. I don’t need to be accountable. They have folks to take of this stuff. I wonder how many other players have stuff like this that just haven’t been on the radar?

I agree with what you’re saying about being Teflon, but Carter is not in jail, how much of a better job can he do? Driving intoxicated and hitting a car resulting in death is SUPER serious. Ask Henry Ruggs. Carter didn’t even get detained or a field sobriety test.

Sounds like he’s done a spectacular job.

nothing to see here folks

The University of Georgia has fired the football recruiting staffer who survived the January crash that killed recruiting analyst Chandler LeCroy and football player Devin Willock, less than a month after she filed a lawsuit against the university’s athletic association.

Victoria Bowles, who goes by Tory, learned of her termination on Friday. Her attorneys, Rob Buck and Phil Boston, claim the University of Georgia Athletic Association retaliated against her for filing the lawsuit in July.

this will get settled out of court. there is no way uga's attorneys let this go to trial. she might reveal some stuff they don't want public. so settlement with a NDA will happen.
Possibly, almost dying and having your employer lying about it and trying to cover it up can make a person pretty bitter though. It could get ugly.
