Going Pro?

We look to have a very talented\young team next year. If I am not mistaken we are only losing Wortham off of the D. Three Big Ones, Britt, Mathis, Martz on the OL, Cavan (TE), Hudson (RB). Do we expect anyone else to try to go pro?

Well remember we also lose Bates. From what I have heard Madison will wind up getting another season, which will help depth in the secondary. So we should be returning 9 on the defense and 9 on the offense. It doesn't appear there are any juniors that are ready to leave early. It looks like we will have a lot of experience next season, and should be a real force.

The barn is in the position they are in because players who could have been high draft choices stayed for their full collegiate term.

Our depth would be much better if we had had that loyalty from our own.

Championships are, in this era of limited scholorships, built on the backs of those good enough to go, but loyal enough to stay.
Fourth and fifth year seniors are invaluable.

When speaking of all-time greats at BAMA, I personally never mention those who left early.

A graduate assist. coach? He would rather coach than play next year? Why? Where did you get this from? I cant see him not coming back and playing if he graduates on time.

Bryant did it this year.They were prop 48's.They did not get a redshiet their freshman year.If madison,like Bryant,gets a degree in 4 years he can get a extra year or 5th year.

wrong, if he graduates this fall, which he will, he gets another year of eligibility. just because he gets into grad school doesnt mean he has to be a grad assistant. most fifth year seniors are in grad school because they went to school their first year and didnt use any eligibility. madison just happens to be doing it backwards.
