While I don't have access to this premium site, I must say I am totally in agreement if Hightower didn't want the Phat one to sully his doorstep.

Msg to Phatone -- the fence is up around Alabama except when CNS wants to travel into TN to pluck top recruits as in #3, 4 & 5 this year.

I posted on the day Donta commited that we would look back on this day with much happiness. I truly believe this guy if he works hard and does what the coaches tell him, he is going to be an Alabama all time player.
He is so athletic and runs like a deer. I believe he is a good person and will excel under the coaching because someone has already coached him pretty good.
Down the road a linebacking and defensive end crew of McClain, Hightower, Barron, Billingsley, Williams, Upshaw, Lewis and you may add Harris, Harbin, Dareus, Green and Quinn could bring back memories of 1992 defensive crew. In other words they could be awesome.:BigA::biggrin2::BigA:

nick gentry had a similar experience. CPF called his house last year and nick's mom answered the phone. she told him that fulmer was on the phone. nick said, "i don't want to talk to that fat ***"

It seems it would take someone blinded by the puke orange and a lifetime loyalty to allow their son to go to utk. Fulmer has lost the respect of the players through all his lies and corruption and the discipline is in a complete chaos.......players hosting HS recruits and riding around town smoking pot.

Even if I didn't know of Fulmer's deceit and corruption I wouldn't want a kid of mine exposed to that environment.
