Am I the only one that thinks the local sports talk sucks? The morning guy is condescending and arrogant. I quit listening before the season started and could only bring myself to listen to tiny bits and pieces on Mondays.
I liked the afternoon guy but now he is in TN and it's just not the same. How hard is it to get a decent sports guy here?

You can still listen to Thom Abraham even though he moved up here. I don't know what channel, but go to his website and it should be on there.

Once Harold Bugg left, it went downhill fast. I switched to Sirius when that happened and have never looked back.

Do you not get any of the nationally broadcast programs? Mike & Mike in the morning is a great sports program in the morning, as is the show with Boomer Esiason (replaced the Imus in the Morning program on CBS Radio and Westwood One).

For political discussion, the Imus in the Morning program is back on the air on ABC Radio...

I really only get to listen for about an hour in the morning and afternoon on the way to and fromo work when the local guys are on. I listen to Dale Jackson in the mornings on the news satation because I just can't stand the morning guy on 730. I like the big dog but I liked him a lot better when he was here in Huntsville.
