After Saturday, we should see should start to see who the real contenders are in the West besides Bama.
Florida at LSU. Neither looked stellar in their wins this past weekend or the games they have played so far. Heck, I thought Vandy was going to pull it out as LSU really struggled until the end. As for Florida, I'm not sure that the Spread Offense is going to work in the SEC or against LSU, although I'm going to be a huge Gator fan this weekend. An LSU loss means that their probably done for in the SEC race.
Auburn at Arkansas. Although I doubt the Barn will lose this game, I expect the Hogs to give them all they want at their house, especially with Coach Nutt's job in the balance. Plus, it's somewhat of a leg up in competition for Auburn so we can actually see what they can and can't do. If the Barn can't control the LOS on Defense, Arkansas has the potential to run all over them and make this a game. I'm also not sold on Cox being able to handle the pressure Arkansas is going to unleash on him. Very interesting match-up.
Bama at Ole Miss. Should be another trip to the woodshed for Ole Miss. I think we probably outmatch them at every position across the board. The only way we lose this game is if we come out flat and they pick up some key turnovers for scores because I doubt they score any other way.
