according to rivals the Alabama coaches have relayed to RH that he is still close to the top of their list of speed athletes. I was under the pressure they had cooled off on him almost completely.
"Florida was intense," said Reggie Hunt, the sterling Alabama running back. "I love it there. The facilities, the weight room, the stadium…I loved it all. They are actually adding more to the weight room and it's already really big. I love how they are all about winning there and they run a good offense and aren't afraid to go for it..."
I've read the same thing that CS pointed out, Florida is his leader at this time.Isn't LSU leading for him now though? It seems that we have a better chance with Rogers or the RB from GA.
I would certainly agree with assessment.RB wise, he's not near the top.
Athlete wise, he probably is near the top, but I have to believe that Mark Barron, BJ Scott, and maybe one or two others are ahead of him in that line, too.
I wouldn't agree with that and obviously neither would our coaches. I think he's a terrific athlete but I don't think RB is his future at least not at Alabama. Would still love to see us get him.I guess it depends on your definition of a good running back but if you are talking about a guy that gets a lot of yards and can take it to the house every play ALA TG then Reggie Hunt is the real deal. I watched TG play in high school and reggie hunt is a lot bigger home run threat than he was. I hope we get every one of the guys we are looking at but I'm not gonna say he isn't near the top when I think he is in the top 5 RB's on the board.
I don't either, especially if he wants to play RB in college.TI quoted Hunt as saying Florida is his leader now. He seems to like West Virginia a lot also.
I may be wrong, but I just don't see us getting him.
