Just a guess, but I'd say Audi. Mid to late 60's? Although I don't recognize the single round headlight.

My roommate in my 4th year in college - a fellow classmate from my high school drove an Audi. He was so funny - almost every time we rode in it he made a comment about the superior German engineering....lol.....
