Keeping football stats

I work the pressbox for my local HS and keep stats that our radio team and coaches have access to. The app we have been using has somewhat abruptly decided to go the way of the Dodo. The season starts in a couple weeks and I need a solution. Anyone else out there do this and have ideas/another useable app? I’ve looked in the App Store and there are a couple things I’ve found but none have been updated for years.

I may have a couple of suggestions for you. Let me check w/ some family members who are coaches and I know their programs use apps to track stats real-time.

That’d be the one I have been using. I actually emailed GameChanger (owned by Dick’s Sporting Goods) begging them to buy Digital Scout out and turn it back on for this Fall then incorporate it into GameChanger next year. Their baseball app is amazing. DS’s app is right in line with it.

My brother uses Gamechanger for basketball & softball. As you note GC also has a football module which would probably be good. Some schools use it when they livestream to show in-game stats.

I'll ask around some more for other suggestions.

Their football app is truly pathetic. It’s more of a scorekeeper. Their tech support says they have more planned for it in the future.
