I know this will sound as a shot to both of them, but I really don't intend for it to be that way. From everything I've heard they're great guys. But...
As great as it is for them and all, if James is still our best option at an infield position, then I'm worried. Not so much for his glove, which is decent, but rather because of his offense. Jeremiah, at least, was a freshman last year, which provides a pretty reasonable excuse for offensive struggles, but he'll need a ton of improvement from what I saw from last year.
Just judging by what I've seen with my own eyes, if one or both of those are in our lineup, we won't have as potent a lineup as we think.
