I don't care much for Lou Holtz, but he said because of their defense I'm going with Bama, they "knock you up pretty good".

Mark May, Said "I don't agree much with Lou but I like A J and Bama.
When Mark May picks us I'm comfortable but when Holtz picks us I normally can counta "L" in the column. So what does this mean the game will end in a tie? LOL!

The line I saw yesterday was Bama by 2. Seems like the ESPN guys are going that way as well from what I've seen and heard in recent days.

Interesting. I heard Palmer on something this morning picking LSU.
Wouldn't surprise me, lol...maybe he was playing to the audience?
On ESPN just a few minutes ago, he said he picked them (LSU) preseason but after watching the Nov 5th game about 10 times since, he's changed his mind...said its too difficult to beat a team twice. They were standing near the LSwho fans when they made their predictions and even joked about moving closer to the BAMA fans before making their picks...

If many of the big-time college talking heads swing to Bama this weekend, I'm not at all surprised. A week out from a game like this, folks will go back and watch as much film as possible on the two teams. Most of the time, it's difficult to see exactly how some things will play out in regards to matchups. In this case, though, it's easy due to the fact it's a rematch. IF people go back and watch the first game, they will see that Bama should have beaten LSU by a least a touchdown... and maybe more. And they'll also see that of the two teams, Bama has a higher ceiling of potential. In the game a few months ago, we beat them everywhere but on special teams and the scoreboard... and your prognosticators are noticing that.

After about the 20th overtime and no more players are left standing, Saban and Miles will come on the field and play the best of three with Jenga.:biggrin2:

Lou makes some dumb statements sometimes but trust me.....in a game of this significance he's pretty much always on target.

I'm glad to see this.

And I love Mark May. He's allright with me.

I just heard on local news the vegas line went to 2 - 2 1/2, and RP said it was because of a large bet....
