LSU at AUBURN

I'm going against the grain here, I think LSSU comes in a little cocky. Home cooking from the refs. API poisons the drinking water making everyone there sick except their team then blame it on Bama. But seriously lucky, lucky lucky!

API 28
LSU 21

Now I gotta go take a shower.

Tom, say it ain't so!!!!! I do think LSU wins but not by as much as most think 31-10.

38-6 looks about right to me. However because they're not supposed to be skunked at home.....ever, they will be awarded a TD posthumously by the officials.

LSU wins 41-7. The Barn gets a hail mary right before the half. Oh wait, they already used up that lucky play so....
LSU wins 41-0.

The barn may score 3 if LSU gets down to their cheerleaders playing.

On another thought, I've been thinking how stupid it looks for the barn to come out of the tunnel holding up that one index finger. We all recognize that as how a team feels about their rank. Well I am sure they are all aware of who # 1 is since Bama is the focal point of most of their thoughts/envy. Then it came to me, knowing how dumb they are purported to be. Since they are not that proficient in math, they all hold up one finger and when the tally is made of all those index fingers, including coaches, they are ranked approximately # 92 in the nation. Sounds about right.

The barn is a bad bad football team. Sunbelt bad.

I think LSU scores on their first three possesions and maybe even get a defensive score. This game will be over by half time.

I think this is in the range of 63-7 bad.

keep thinking how the boogs are lucky little mothers... kept thinking leading up to the season they'd drop LSU or Arky... Even if Lowder backs up a brinks truck to the officials houses, I see this game 21-0 after 1, 45-3 at the half, 55-10 after 3 with 80% of the stadium gone and a final score of 65-3. (First of 3 30 point+ defeats at home for the Barn)

Anyone see this story?

Awbarn wouldn't be behind a bomb threat, would they?

The threat was called in to the university late Monday morning, six days before LSU opens its Southeastern Conference schedule at Auburn on Saturday.

''We recognize that this is a conference opponent this week,'' Miles said. ''The incentive to improve is greater this week. We'll have more time later in the week to make up for (Monday's missed practice). Our preparation will be fine.''

Don't think they'd stoop that low... In the ones last week you probably had a kid not wanting to take a test or an idiot thinking it was funny. The one at LSU and I'm sure others will pop up are copycats. Hopefully they will catch the idiot throw him/her in jail and hand them the bill for all the wasted resources.

Read this a while ago and got a chuckle out of it. If you think the U. of Auburn has a miserly offense now, behold: In Patrick Garbin's book, About the 'Dawgs, he tells of UGA beating the U. of Aub. 33-3 in 1920 in a game where the tigers never received a kickoff. They kicked it back to UGA each time UGA scored. Talk about low confidence level for your offense...

MrSEC: LSU Fullback Copeland says Auburn "didn't want to hit at all"
“The most memorable game I’ve had this year, I’ve got to say, was Auburn, because after the first couple of hits, everybody (on AU’s defense) was just backing up. They didn’t want to hit at all. … Before I got to them, they just fell down and just laid on the ground.

I actually said, ‘C’mon man, you’re better than that. C’mon, hit me. That was like the only game I went home and had no nicks and bruises at all.”

From last year

A goofy barner at my job actually wore her cam jersey to work today and said that if the barn did not win this weekend, then she would "be quiet about football until next season". I guess I didn't get the memo about today being "wear your favorite team apparel" day. She went on to say something to the effect of having had "gut feelings" about certain auburn games through the years, and auburn has won all of those of which she had these gut feelings about, except one. The one loss being in 2003 to USC. The others were 1990-Florida State, 1993-Florida, 1994-Florida, 2004-LSU, 2006-LSU, 2008-tennessee, and 2011-Virginia in the bowl game. That last one made me laugh harder than I have in a long time. So, now, she has that same "gut feeling" about LSU in 2012. She said she could be wrong for only the "second time ever" but just feels like Saturday is going to be an "auburn-florida 1993" type of night. She then felt the need to add that she's been an auburn fan since the barfield days and that a lot of auburn fans just jumped on the bandwagon when cam came to town, so she has more of a right to wear his jersey than those "bandwagon folks" do, since she has stuck with the program through everything from barfield to ramsey, from bowden to the tony franklin debacle, from chizik getting booed at the airport to cam winning the heisman, she has been there though it all. Funny though, the cam jersey she wore today is a Carolina Panthers cam jersey!
