If we keep the momentum, and CNS has the Team ready (like I know he will). We will beat LSU!! CLM is due to have Karma come a callin, and if he pulls some of that riverboat gambler stuff on Nov. 3rd CNS will burn his arse!!

I know LSU is very good and will be the favorite, but I like Coach Saban with two weeks to prepare. Roll Tide.

Go ahead, throw me under the bus for this - but I just dont' think we have the speed & depth they do - with 5 guys out & our inconsistency - (& I think kharma already hit Les Miles with Kentucky) - well, I think LSU has this one wrapped up...not for many more years tho... KILLS me

We win by 10. This team showed me something last saturday, they are making progress each week and WILL be ready for this one. I know people will say LSU is a lot better than ut and I know they are its just our team is ready for this.

It's going to be a white knuckle slug out! I see a hard hitting grueling game coming up , and with this bye week i believe CNS will have his troops prepared to play to their best ability and Bama squeezes out another last play win.DT_bud:

Well. I picked Bama to beat Ole Miss 41-14 and we barely squeaked by them. I said Tennessee would beat Bama by 20 points, and we gave them an old fashioned butt-whippin'!

Too early for a score prediction. Again, I have no clue, anyway, with this wild and crazy football season.
I will say this: I'm much more encouraged by how we performed last week versus the Vols, especially the defense. Say what you want about Ainge, but he put up some points on teams, even in the other two losses they had. To shut him down like we did was pretty phenominal, especially with playing a true freshmen in Kareem Jackson.
We may or may not beat LSU, but we'll be more competitive.

There is an awful lot of reasons why LSU can beat us. Namely, experience, depth, overall team speed, offense, defense, special teams, so on and so forth....
But it's at Tuscaloosa, and I like our chances better. Especially after the UT game. Heck, we have to be encouraged by that, no matter how much UT loses from this point on. let's not forget how they sliced and diced UGA, and I think we could have too if the offense had been clicking like it is now. Heck, JP scored two running td's in that game alone, and we moved the ball quite well at times, just didn't get 6's....So, I beleive that we can beat LSU, but the analytical side of me knows that it's a long shot.
Look, I'll take 2 losses in a row to LSU to beat Auburn this year.

Gonna be a tight game I think, the last few weeks has shown they
are human, unlike the dismantling of Va Tech earlier. Atmosphere
and BDS on a 4:00 kickoff gives us advantage, I say we pull it out
in a nail biter to really put ole Les on the hot seat!!

I see BAMA using that 4th quarter training during the Spring and Summer months to pay off in a very hard fought battle with LSU. Yes they (the real Tigers) are good and yes BAMA can beat them.

I see some possible scenarios in the game:
1. LSU jumps out with a big lead. We start getting on track in the second quarter, and start to close the gap much like the UGA game. LSU has been known to build leads, and sit on them. That's one of the reasons why they lost to Kentucky. I had an LSU fan to tell me that. We tie it to send it into OT or, like against Arkansas, get a last minute score to go ahead and win.
2. We jump out on top with a big lead, like the Arkansas game, and have to hang on for dear life to win it.
3. Most likely scenario: Both teams have an even keel throughout the game, with different lead changes. The last team with their offense on the field wins the game.
Again, LSU may jump out to a big lead, but this is a different Bama team, and they'll have to play four quarters of football to beat us. Same with Bama. Either team will have to play a complete four quarter game to win it.

I think LSU comes away with a W.
A strong game against Tenn just isn't enough to make me change my mind about this team. We have heart but just aren't quite there talent wise yet. I REALLY want to thump LSU but it probably won't happen this year.

Too early to say. If this thread is still around this time next week, I'll vote and chime in then. Need to see this week's games, November 3rd's weather forecast, find out about other factors (injuries, suspensions, etc) first.
If they were to play right now, today, with today's circumstances, I'd say LSU 31-17. But today ain't November 3. I may close that margin a bit between now and then.
