Making some lifestyle changes my Tide brethren.

I salute you sir! I retired about 2 years ago and pick up my granddaughter at school each day. It took me a long time to realize that this is the important stuff. I'm 67 and it's passed very quickly! I travelled my whole career and if I don't ever stay in a hotel again, it's fine with me! I'm glad you did this.
 
Awesome! Just cut out bread and sugary drinks and you'll stay in ketosis. I'm 162 lbs., with minimal exercise - where a year ago I was 190. Cut out Dr. Pepper and bread....just walk a little and the pounds fall off. If you're overweight, simply stop eating bread and drink only water....and no "diet" drinks (the body can't metabolize that crap). Size 30 waist, and feel awesome! Takes a couple of weeks to get used to no bread, but it works! Just. No. Bread. Really works! Drink a gallon of water every day, walk, no bread and the lbs disappear! Good for you!
