Mass/Active Shooters, Part **FIVE**

Mass shooting in downtown Montgomery last night. Something like 2 dead, 14 shot.

I can’t find a link because both our pathetic local news station are burying the story right now. Got to do what the parent company says. Our mayor should be getting hammered by our news channels for his weak stance on crime since getting elected. He is one of the worst mayors in my lifetime, spends way too much time traveling around the country.

Well I’m going to have to think about going to Publix after 50+ years. Open carry will be allowed in all their stores. Mass shootings happen in schools, churches, synagogues, offices, malls, hospitals etc. where weapons are not allowed, Publix has opened their doors to all the crazies. I’m not against guns but they have their place. Anyone can get a gun today. I would like to know why gun owners get all their rights and innocent citizens often pay the price.

Emphasis on:

Publix has opened their doors to all the crazies.

He just called me to talk for a few minutes. He and his bride and two children went out to have what they thought was a quiet dinner at the Olive Garden tonight. And then they look up on the television and he sees his coworkers, including their chief investigative reporter, and his first thought is “thank God I’m not the producer on call this weekend.”

Of course, he has been following it on their company text message and they are even having a chuckle about the fact that the FBI is not actually on site. (That does not mean of course the FBI is not in contact, but they did the collective eye roll when Trump said what he did).

Brown is about 5 miles from the studio.

Keep in mind, their nerve endings are already raw because tomorrow is the actual anniversary of the Sandy Hook shooting.

I don't know that this story is going to hit yet but....

the PPD warned the FBI they didn't have sufficient evidence to bring the guy in and, well, they did it anyway. Now, of course, it makes the PPD look like they were the jump to conclusions advocates when as you know if you followed the tweet, it is the administration that wants everyone to know they're on top of it all.

Remember - this is the FBI that wasn't even there when First Liar said they were.
