Overall, Bama hustled and scrapped for loose balls/rebounds today. And had to with Sherrell out of action. Now, let's put it together on every game.

Overall, a great win considering no Bol Bowen, Sherrell out early in the first with injury, and Philon basically a no show until the end when he forced drives. To do really big things, this team will have to be totally healthy and Philon has to show up big against high level teams. He’s our one surefire NBA player. Allen probably will be one. Hope Sherrell is OK. He’s our one legit rim protector. Got a tough one midweek at Vandy. They are ranked higher than us. Need all hands on deck!

They just seem to have a ton of nagging injuries. We’ve got to get over all those. Good thing Mallette, Holloway, and Williamson stepped up today. We’ve got to gef Wrightsell going too. He’s been shooting terribly so far this year, which is unlike him.

That was shade for taking MoD. MoD has no larger role with the Cats than he would with us. And it doesnt appear MoD is getting better with the Cats.

I’m at Disney and didn’t watch the game. I was surprised at the minutes Bethea played. Is he injured again? I did read that Sherrell was injured in the first half but nothing about Bethea.

Bethea took a horrid 3p shot and Nate yanked him. He came back in and didn’t play well on D and came out again. Nate said after he should have played him more. But they were in a groove.

Watched the game but wasn't where I could jump in the game thread, unfortunately.

First time beating UK in 4 straight. Only 3rd time in SEC play - ever - that UK has been beaten 4x straight by same team. Bama & UK are historically the best SEC hoops teams with UK being the clear "Alabama" of hoops with its consistent dominance over 75+ years. So, this is a HUGE achievement for us.

I love the attention to details in the statistics about UK post play CNO referred to in his press conference and I agree that was throwing some shade at UK for taking Mo.
