Is lacrosse getting any traction in Alabama? I went to see the Aggies play LSU today and it was a great game. I see where there is a club lacrosse team at Bama.

There are a few high schools that have club teams in Alabama but it is not an official sport. I went to high school with someone whose son played high school lacrosse in Texas and I think he is on a club team at Arkansas.
I seriously doubt it would ever be a varsity sport at Alabama for Title IX reasons. If we can't have men's soccer when there is a woman's team, they aren't going to add men's lacrosse when it would require a woman's team as well.
