miss state, auburn games

yes, a mighty effort by the tide last night. unfortunately, i saw nothing, to improve my outlook on the miss state and auburn games, other than the great effort to win, by the coaches and players. my concern is without caldwell, davis and coffee we will once again be powerless against the defense, blitzes, and coverage. our offensive line was completely overwelmed last night. 14 of 40 passing, 20 yards rushing. defense gave up over 300 yards passing to flynn, most over the middle where none of your linebackers covered the tight end. sure we had 3 interceptions, but, we still could not stop their passing game. of course, we are talking about lsu. auburn almost beat them at lsu. except for a hail mary last play pass, auburn would have won. miss state destroyed a good kentucky team that beat lsu. they have a great running game, and new freshman qb that looks good. we better not take miss state for granted after last year, at their place.

I think we were playing the best defensive front in the SEC...we had a chance to win...that's a big improvement.
