Hey NCAA (and its leaders)... how about fixing what's broken now? Your inept, feckless, weak, indecisive, inability to set standards and adhere to them in the face of scary lawyers made you a withering pile of dung weeping in the corner.

Now you're asking a financial regulator to regulate prediction markets that you don't like? Meanwhile you're allowing pro players to come back to college, giving player 7-10 years of playing time, not doing ANYTHING about the transfer portal, NIL, and related issues that are ruinous.
