lol herbie makes a comment about how they started the second half that jamo probably would not have mattered lol and the his co announcer points out BAMA was winning with 10 min to go despite all of the injuries etc

Great game. I saw "end of dynasty" threads on the rant. They just do not know. This was a freshman heavy team. You gave Saban soooo much motivation. College football is screwed for the next 2 years.

I owe someone at my job ( a Florida fan that bet on UGA) a few dollars but I do not care ( too much). This will just motivate Saban.

It would be easy to point fingers. The offense had trouble finding the end zone. The defense couldn't get stops when the game was on the line.

The truth though is that injuries caught up to Alabama. This is an additional game that has only existed for a few years. Alabama was championship worthy but the couldn't stay healthy enough to survive the 15th game.

Can't help this loss - looking at how many starters and key backups were out or had significant concerning injuries. In addition to Jamo, the injuries to Owens and Ekiyor in the last game cannot be overlooked. Georgia got injury luck on their side today, and I can't take much more of their win from that. Good game, see you next year.

EDIT: oh yeah fire Marrone. BoB is gone anyways.

Well that was something, defense played good enough to win at least early on but couldn’t overcome the mess on offense. I think there’s going to have to be changes on the offense next season.

Biggest issues was WR injuries and the lack of players stepping up in the absence of the starters and the up and down play of the offensive line. Defense was great most of the game. Play calling on offense was iffy as well, as has been all seasone.

Back to back trips to the championship game is an amazing accomplishment. Very proud fan.
