*Dustan Mohr is once again battling for a starting job in the Minnesota Twins outfield.
*Andy Phillips is on the Yankees' 40-man roster, and has a good chance at making his ML debut this season.
*Frank Menechino has been tearing up the Cactus League, but is expected to backup former Florida Gator Mark Ellis at 2B in Oakland.

As you can see just from this short list, there is some serious talent at St. Paul's. The Saints have been one of the state's most successful programs in recent years (and have one of the nicest high school fields I have ever seen). In addition to the prospects listed above, current San Diego Padres starting pitcher Jake Peavy is a '99 graduate of the school and South Alabama shortstop Brett Parker is one of four former Saints on the USA roster. There seems to be quite a bit of talent around the Mobile/Baldwin County area, with other strong programs at UMS-Wright, McGill-Toolen, Daphne, and Robertsdale, to name a few, yet Alabama never seems to get any players from that part of the state. Nothing against the rest of the state, by any means, but as a Southwest Alabama native, I have to say - give us a look!
