I'm not sure an ankle can roll that far without tearing ligaments or breaking bones...Hopefully just a rolled ankle but that may cook us.
going to say the same thingWell, Pringle's FT stroke looks about the same...
The problem since the deep run has pretty much been the guards melting. This year we have more balance there.I will say this about Auburn and my son and I were talking about it this morning. Auburn is deep and talented but Pearl’s approach allows less talented teams to be in games maybe when they shouldn’t; especially when Auburn is not shooting well. It’s a physical, slower approach that doesn’t maximize number of possessions like Oats’ system does. Greater number of possessions would allow greater talent and depth to prevail. I think that may be why Auburn generally struggles in the NCAA tournament except for the one year they had a bunch of guards who consistently shot it well.
As soon as I saw him on the free throw line, I told my son it’s in the bag for AU.Pringle had two free throws to take the lead with 9 seconds left. Yet missed both. Bring back bad memories? Auburn ratcheted up the defense in the 2nd half but were fortunate to escape.
