You may be reading too much in to the comments...it may have been local coaches pushing for LT's rehire, not boosters per se. It doesn't matter, he's back, and Bama keps on keepin' on....

Saban will never win on the recruiting front. As long as he keeps bring ing in the classes he does every rival school will find something wrong in the what he does. The past few years oversigning idiots and the press criticized Saban for players taking grayshirts after NSD. Saying we were waiting to move players off the roster or whatever. Now we do what they want and tell the kid before NSD so he has a chance to go elsewhere and Saban still gets criticized. A no win situation.

But people need to understand we are building a contender every year and sometimes some players just will not be a part of the class and yes they will be told if they commit early in the process they still may not be a spot in the end for them.

Its like your kid brings home a date they used to date and say "dad, we are back together"! "Hey, if it makes you happy, then I'm happy."

Coach is already out recruiting so we need to forgive and move on. I'm sure he has learned a lot in the past 3 season and I saw a list of our players he had a hand in recruiting. And you know all their names.
