My father, Tommy Tolleson, served as the honorary captain of the UT Chattanooga Game. There was a brief pre-game ceremony immediately following the coin toss during which our family escorted my dad (in a wheel chair) onto the field and he was announced as the honorary caption.

Our family is trying to organize photos from this event. Although probably unlikely, I was wondering if anybody here may have been at the game and taken photos or video of this that they would be willing to share. Thanks.

Your Dad was a big hero of mine growing up in Anniston. I was a receiver on our football team (Saks) and wanted to follow his footsteps. I was at the game with my Grandson (first Bama game) and I was surprised to see him in a wheelchair. Hope all is well.

rolltid, thanks for the response. My dad has been sick for some time and now has trouble getting around. The UTC game was the first time he has been in a wheelchair but was a much easier and safer way to get him around the stadium.
