Three of my relatives need prayers right now.
1. My daughter-in-law, Alice, who is recovering from Ovarian cancer, will have her 6 month cancer blood test this week. It'll be several days before she gets her report. Since finishing her chemo treatments in April, she has gotten good reports so far. If this one is good, the doctor will probably say that her cancer is in remision. If so, I pray that it stays in remission,
2. My granddaughter, Shannon, will have knee surgery November 18th. This is her 3rd. knee surgery, two on her right knee, and this will be on her left one. She has sustained these injuries playing basketball in High School. She received a basketball scholarship at UAH, and just started in September, and already is out for the season.
3. My other granddaughter, Meg, is expecting a baby in January. Everything seems to be going quite well for her and the baby, but one can never have enough prayers. (BTW - it's a boy) !
