Since Hart and Crowell are different types of players, I wouldn't think that committing to Bama would necessarily change crowells mind.

But of course, if crowell was on the fence, it might tip him towards Georgia.

But, not taking Hart 'hoping' crowell commits wouldnt be wise.

I like Hart, and think he would be a great addition to the team 'if' they developed some plays to use his 'scat back' abilities...
So far, they havent used Corey Grant...

I love recruiting...so much drama...

Valid Point...but, he was a player that could have added a different dimension to the offense...definitely has different set of skills.

First thanks CS. Yes i still think Crowell to bama. Saban wants two backs in this class that is obvious. And yes we will and have had a spot for both of them. Its always a numbers game and we don't really know how many spots we have or who is on scholarship. Also I am starting to feel better than i have been about clowney. Also AC leonard is a name that should be followed very very closely over the next month as the number 2 juco in the nation.

A.C Leonard is a prep player from Jacksonville, Florida. I believe you're thinking of Cornelius Carradine, who is the number two rated JUCO in the country.

The Orlando Dr. Phillips running back extraordinaire said Monday he would decommit Michigan if Rich Rodriguez were to be fired, and quickly commit to the Florida Gators.

When reached via text on Wednesday and asked if he wanted to comment on the Urban Meyer situation, Hart’s reply text was, “No.”

When asked if Meyer’s decision changed the plans he had spelled out on Monday, Hart did not reply. He’s had plenty on his mind lately, and he likely is concerned about making a circus of his recruiting amid a state championship run.

Demetrius Hart became the leading scorer in state history with two touchdowns as undefeated Dr. Phillips unleashed its high-powered offense again and won 37-13 over host Seminole in a Class 6A football semifinal Friday night.

The potent Panthers (14-0) scored touchdowns on three of their first four offensive chances and blew the game open in the second half against the host Seminoles (11-3).

Was at this game watching from the sidelines (Dr. Phillips was playing my old high school). Hart was impressive. A lot of folks think he is just a scatback, but he has power too. I saw him lower his head and run over a safety knocking him five yards back and his butt. That safety has an Ole Miss offer and is committed to Delaware. Even more impressive was Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, though. Seminole kept running and throwing screens to his side (why, I don't know). His closing speed is awesome. Dr. Phillips has amazing team speed, but HaHa was like a man amongst boys.
