RB Demetrius Hart Updates: Hart is the leading scorer is Florida HS history

CS - What is the latest on Dee Hart's recruiting? Just trying to fill in all of the early enrollees.

Nothing new to report on Hart except what is already discussed previously in this thread. It seems to be up in the air on whether or not he will be an early enrollee and when he will make his decision.

That is why I am wondering why he might be waiting. If he was suppose to be an EE at UM he would have already had to be accepted. It is not like you can commit to UA today and automatically they enroll without a few things being checked out. So maybe he needs for that to happen first. Or CRR told him to wait to see what they decide. The word is they will not make an announcement regarding CRR until after their bowl game. So the AA Game would be right after that.

figures any other thread on this kid and im not buying this is twice he has gotten us excited then shot us down.

No where didI read Hart say he was decommiting, only people close to him. Again until he comes out and says something either way I do not worry about it. Heck we do not even know if the people close to source are actually close.

Also everyone knew since last spring that he wanted to go to UM and most thought that is where he would end up plus he really likes CRR. Now with concerns of CRR with UM I think if he wants to wait until they decide, UM said would be after their bowl, regarding CRR than I have no issue with that. I would expect the same for any recruit verbally commited to UA. Do not rush but wait to see what happens.

Rivals is now listing him as a Michigan commit again......

I believe that is just a technicality on Rivals.com part. Since Dee Hart has not 'publically' announced a decommitment or committed to anyone else they are listing him as committed to Michigan until it is clarified. If you notice they have Alabama listed as High Interest. They don't do that unless there is good reason. There are commits that are visiting other schools officially that don't have High Interest listed for the schools they are visiting. I still believe Rich Rod is going to be let go at UM and Hart will end up at Bama. In my mind the only question is will he be an early enrollee or not. Unless something happens quick, he will not be an early enrollee in my opinion.

The UM commits are jumping ship for good reason.

Reports: QB Kevin Sousa switches commitment from U-M to Wake Forest | detnews.com | The Detroit News
There has been speculation since last week that four-star running back Dee Hart plans to switch his commitment from Michigan to Alabama.

Hart (5-9, 189), of Dr. Phillips High, is rated the No. 8 running back in the country by Scout.com. He also has received offers from Auburn and Florida, among other schools.

All of this comes amid the uncertainty of Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez's job security with the Wolverines. Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon has said repeatedly he plans to wait until after the bowl game — most likely the Gator Bowl on Jan. 1 — to complete his evaluation of Rodriguez and the football program.

I do not think he leaked but Ha-Ha did. Every time there seems to be something new going on with Hart Ha-Ha started. I think he really wants DH at UA with him.

HCD is not making this stuff up. Hart had to tell him that is what he was going to do. Also HCD did not tell any of the Michigan folks that got the word and put it out there. Believe me this is all coming from Hart. HCD did contact BOL with the news in a text but I am pretty sure he was told that was actually going to happen. On Friday Rich Rod and some of his staff reportedly visited Hart at his school. I am sure there was some sort of plead to wait and see what happens to Rich Rod before making his decision public. I think the time line of his announcement may have changed but it will most likely still end up being the same as before the CRR visit if he is let go.

That's the way I took it also. Sorry if anyone took my post as pointing out that he had publicly committed back to Michigan. And I agree with you that he'll end up at Bama.

if rich rod goes he is coming to bama that is just my prediction.
I don't think it matters at this point. He ends up at BAMA. Also, Hart already did a public announcement. He could just do this and let people know this way or at a All American game or whatever he wants. Also he is very very close with ha ha and you know ha ha has been one of or biggest recruiters. One last thing hart is already recruiting for the tide not UM tells you all u need to know.

well jam ill say this your the best recruit info guy i have ever seen better than the espnu guys no kidding.
